Sister Margaret Wrobleski Sister Margaret Wrobleski

60-year Jubilarian

Entered: September 8, 1957 – Cumberland, Rhode Island

Current Ministry: McAuley Ministries

Motto: Love alone impels

Mercy has always been a part of my life. When I was an infant, a Sister of Mercy who was a classmate of my Mom's, placed me on an altar, dedicating me to God. As a child, I watched the sisters walk "two by two" past my house. The sisters educated me throughout elementary and high school, inspiring me by their lives of selflessness, and nurturing the seeds of faith in me that later blossomed into my commitment to Mercy.

As I reflect on my 60 years of Mercy, I am filled with gratitude for my family, my friends and all the Mercy women—Sisters of Mercy and Mercy Associates alike—in my life who continue to challenge, support and inspire me. I am humbled to "stand on the shoulders of those who came before me" and to have been chosen by God to minister in Mercy to God's people. I have been incredibly blessed, and I am deeply grateful to all who have walked and who continue to walk my "journey in Mercy" with me.
