Sister Rachael DumontSister Rachael Dumont

65-year Jubilarian

Entered: September 8, 1952 – Manchester, New Hampshire

Current Ministry: Volunteer

Motto: Be God to all

I was an elementary teacher, grades 1-8, for over 52 years in several states—New Hampshire, Massachusetts, California and Arizona. Now I volunteer in many areas. I loved teaching, but moved on to ministering to the needs of others who are in desperate ways. I am “Mercy in motion” where I see that I can make a difference. I see myself as being a prodigal Mercy sister. “Love it as it is,” that is my attitude toward all I meet. Seeking the face of God “in the Land of the Living,” in people! Filling empty spaces in others is God's work for me now.
