Motto: His glory…full of grace and truth

In my original call to religious life, "ministry" played no part; I had no particular desire to nurse or teach. "They're Sisters of MERCY," I thought, "they'll give me something to do!" Indeed they did, in the process forming me in Catherine McAuley's way. Now I realize how blessed I've been always to be able to minister directly, whether in classroom, refugee camp, or airport transit situations. "This is the Body of Christ" for which I'm endlessly grateful.
